1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Vybe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Vybe Team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Vybe. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information (Name, Username, Email).
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Medical and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: Vybe is a platform for sharing fitness content. We are NOT a medical provider. The content on this App is for informational and inspirational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any new fitness program. You participate in any workouts or activities seen on Vybe at your own risk.

5. User Content and Conduct

Vybe allows users to post fitness videos and routines ("User Content").

5.1 License Grant

By posting content, you grant Vybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to post content that:

Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
Contains nudity, sexual content, or excessive violence (Strictly Enforced).
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal acts.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate our policies.

6. App Permissions

To provide our services, we may request access to:

Location: To connect you with local communities (optional).
Camera/Photos: To allow you to create and share content.

You may manage these permissions in your device settings.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vybe App, including its design, code, and graphics (excluding User Content), is the property of the Vybe Team and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vybe Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Vybe Team is primarily based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a prominent notice in the App.
